Nicky Lim is a racing driver, author, and leadership trainer who knows what it means to take risks, recover from failure, and come back stronger. After building multiple ventures, burning out, and starting over, Nicky turned his real-life hard knocks into The Fastlane Academy, a leadership platform built for action takers, not armchair theorists.
